I heard the overclock very well. Btw I am upgrading from a A64 3000+ as well, except mine only got up to 2400Mhz. I figure I'll use the 3000+ in my MythTV box wich is currently at a AXP 2500+. Funny thing is that the 3800 X2 is the same price as my 3000+ was when I bought it.

Yup, but even Newegg had a worse rating on pricewatch, and I trust Newegg. Anyway, if something goes wrong I can always dispute it with my CC. Wish me luck.
