Whats the best anti-virus program out there. Just looking for some advice on a new one

When I go into the bios there is no CPU soft menu that choice has been left out could this be due to the processor. I have a slot 370 500mhz celeron.

I looked In the manual and its there in the pics but I have never seen it in my own bios. Could this be because of the Processor?I had other abit boards and never had this problem I even upgraded the bios and nothing.
