It's probably the MP3 itself. MP3s have notoriously bad bass. Also, you don't HAVE to decode them in Winamp - Nero will do it for you. Since this is a digital medium, media quality doesn't have near the affect it does in the analog world.

My monitor sometimes goes out of sync, just barely. Enough to make the screen "wavy" - switching a window will usually make it stop, or goin to Display Properties. It's a Samsung Syncmaster 950p, using Win2k. :confused:

How is it different from installing an AT motherboard? I had a hell of a time installing my latest computer's mobo, getting the spacers and ground screws right. PS how do you stay logged in all the time? i'm sick of typing my password :-/

D-Links are good cards? lol, not that it matters too much, its just for a cable modem. But that EPoX board seems real nice. I've never heard of EPoX before, are they a new motherboard manufacturer?
