haha, just because ram uses D9 chips dont mean that they will always be good and just because corsair doesnt in this particular line doesnt mean it sucks. you can make blanket claims that 'its a dog' but my ram is definitly the same as yours and definitly doing 5-5-5-15 ddr 960 now at 2.0 volts...
im am seriously considering that but the prospects of taking my system apart again sends shivers down my spine. im such a retard. i was going to do the Northbridge thing but when i got my parts i was so damn excited i didnt ><.... sigh....
good news is..... at 475 im Orthos stable at 12 hours...
oh and my freezer 7 pro keeps it nice and frosty. deal of the century on these things =D sure its not polished and purty like the zalman. but it does its job and it does it well, mirror shine or none. buff the sucker up and id bet it would be even more of a monster of a cooler.

to my knowledge there really arnt any dual rail PSUs with over 18A per rail. Im not exactly sure if the two rails are directly additive but i believe the 430 is rated with a 14 and a 15. while i dont have sufficient knowledge to go against your claim that the x1900xt needs a 22A rail (i too have...
