Hit start/Run/ and type msconfig, enter. A window will come up and select the "start up" tab. check or uncheck the stuff you want to start when the computer is turned on.

If you Love to Tweak there is no reason to have a cover on your system.

The motherboard is the thing you should take a look at when building a system. consider msi (pro 2 a)
