Update: Adobe premiere, the green lines appear whenever moving the timeline in the navigator window, they appear in that area and in the upper left corner. When min then maxed it goes away.

I don't have any experience with Apache, but before doing CGI always try running the perl interpereter on it locally to test for all bugs.

I agree, download the perl interpereter for windows from Activestate. A few tips: you can't flock a file with activeperl, it gives you a compile error; type perl -c to test run it and get the compile errors.

Alot of times perl/CGI is alot more friendly, it being non-object oriented. Let me tell, object-oriented is a B**ch to learn if you don't have something good to teach you. For some perl stuff try www.wdvl.com, it also has lots of web stuff.

Actually I have found many links to a few copies, as most warez is, and tried downloading them all. All failed, citing Fild not found, etc. If you have found a copy that actually works, not just a broken link, then please post it.
