    Just thought i'd update you guys on my previous post and Bios F8 giving me a "unknown hardware" issue. I mailed gigabyte with the issue and they sent me a F9a Bios, that fixed the problem.

    BubbaMorg. This sounds like the exact problem i had with my first KNXP.It was the dual power module.Try removing it. According to my local PC shop they've had a few of them like that.(Australia).

    Funny you should mention IDE cables as i just installed new round type cables. I will revert back to the original intel cables. I already am using the drivers as per the KNXP driver disk.. Thanks
