Can ADMT be used to get all of the computers in an existing domain transferred over to the new 2003 domain? If so - how do I go about doing this?

Since I'm in Canada, can I file a small claims suit against them here? And they will be forced (Or a representitive) to come all the way hear to fight the allegations?

What about exporting to a CSV? would that be easier?

I need the Excel file to be created on the server - it's for an internal user to be notified everytime an external user changes it. And I can't use DTS - because it's broken on the server and I don't have authorization to fix it, but to 'work around it'.
