I checked the power supply with a digital volt meter. It's pushing out the correct numbers to each component. My USB ports and the audio jacks all slowly stopped working over the last 4 years so idk if that indicates anything.

This board normally gave one beep with post with this processor. I tested voltages in my psu. I've verified the video card and even tried another in it as well. Yes i tried one stick of ram and then the other, tried them in different slots exc...as far as I can tell it's my mobo. The mobo is...

Ok so, i did not use this rig for 2 months, it was unplugged while not in use. I plugged it in after air dusting it and the lights on MOBO turned on, fans turned on but NO BEEP code that it posted, NO video no beeps. I ran through the checklist of taking everything out and trying first to test...
