Ok everyone, with your help I think I found the problem, clearly there is an issue with the memory after running memtest. I attached a screenshot. Does this mean the memory is kaputz? Or is it with the clock settings that I can fix? Thank you again for your input!!!

Thank you so much for the direction. Ill start with those. I can find an alternate PSU but dont think I can find alternate motherboard and CPU. I can always order another mobo to see if that works and just return the non working motherboard. Thanks for the help.

Yes I tried that but when I try to go to the troubleshooter I get the blue screen, or when I do get to run the file checker it locks up. Im at a loss :(
