Can anyone explain to me crossover frequency? Ive just updated my sub to the wharfdale 150 diamond and i havnt owned a sub with this option at the back of the sub and im not sure what setting to have it on and i cant help but feel im not getting the best out of it? Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for the advice guys connected the advised iPod dock to the receiver via the cd port I'm getting sound and video thanks for the advice, was quite impressed with the sound from the rs300 with the wharfdale at400 speakers and the 150 wharfdale diamond sub, for a standard package it does well
