Anyone know? bump

So I was building my new computer yesterday, and ran into some weird problems I've never seen before.. When I powered on the computer with only the ram, video card, and hard drive in, it ran for a few seconds.. shut off, and then turned back on again. I got to the BIOS and everything looks fine...
