Have you tried bonkers325 suggestion of putting it in another mobo? As he said as well, it could be that your mobo doesn't like it. From your picture, your 128MB stick is 8x16MB. Some mobo's just don't like this arrangement, but work perfectly w/ the more common 16x8MB.

Spawndude, Are you looking for any particular one? I have quite a few of the Celeron stickers and a few PIII.

bp6, My own personal rule is 2.2v. Because I like to break rules, however, I have gone to 2.3v. Good cooling is a necessity from 2.2+, IMHO. As lenjack pointed out, some folks have gone to 2.4v, but I personally think they are fsckin' nuts! BTW, are you only having stability problems in UT? If...
