Its always run slow and i cant for the life of me figure out why. Voltage is at 2.4 like the cpu says for it to be. I thought it was because the hard drive and cdrom were on the same cable. I/O speeds are slow like 1.7MB/sec max, and its CPU thats slowing it down. Its not even fit to like, surf...
