This Pc isnt for gaming but for Editing video. However after rendering a 20 minute long composted clip under aftereffects the temp was 45 C with a room temp of about 68-70 F.

I got a SL6EF from newegg on a order placed on 2/10/03. So far I have been able to successfully OC to 3.24ghz running my ram at 222mhz. I am afraid to go much higher right now I am using the Retail fan because the Vantec Aeroflow that I ordered...

Thats what I meant I have a 8045T with a Vantec Tornado on my Athlon XP2000@1.87ghz and that seems to keep my Cpu pretty cool. I dont see why it wouldnt work with a P4. I certainly not going with another Torando though....Man even on my Rheobus that thing is still loud.

Good luck finding one.....As far as I know there is NO ASIO support in Linux.......Without that most good audio programs wont be able to communicate with the card in a low enough latency.
