EXTERNAL AGP ADAPATER I WANT IT!

I can't disable my onbaord intel 840e chipset in the bios at startup. I have it disable in the start menu, and that isn't enough. SO now what? need help thanks

I have a voodoo 4 PCI. And It runs poorly. Could the onboard 3d card be affecting it?? How would I disable it without using jumpers. I already have it checked in to "disbale this in the harware profile" in the system thingie. Thanks
