Ok, some problems fixed. I screwed with some BIOS settings and *sorta* fixed it. Set the AGP aperture to 256 and upped the refresh rate. I have the newest drivers there are for Win2k and here is my settings: Direct3d: 3d filter quality ? Automatic Alpha-Blending ? Sharper Anti-Aliasing ...

I got a sweet Global Win FOP 32-1 and she took me to the Ghz club. I highly recommend it. Oh, another note, the clip isn't that hard to get on.(I managed to get it on without the rubber feet on the CPU)
