Buy.com has the Lexar 256 MB Secure Digital Card for $72.33. Plus shipping (and handling?) it came to $82.30. The shipping is steep for a 1/2 ounce card, but I am noticing merchants are raising prices on memory so I jumped on this one for my palm 500 series pda. linky
