Thanks for the help. It turns out that my PS is fine. My system is powering up ok now. I think it was just some stupid mistake of mine. On my PS, the pin 14 (PS_ON) is actually black, and the one above it (pin 13) which is supposed to be a ground, is white. I won't worry about that now though.

I would think of the power supply. I've seen it happen before when new devices were added to a system that didn't have enough power. It would randomly re-boot once the system warmed up. I would try unplugging power from some device, like the cd-rom, and see if it still happens. I've also seen...

Well, I never did even look at the jbat jumper. Maybe it comes from the factory with the jumper set to clear, and I need to move it. I'll try that out when I get home tonight. Thanks for the idea.

Need4Speed, That fix might work if I could keep my system on for more than 2 seconds. I have no way to get into BIOS settings.

I've got a Tyan S1570-AT (430TX) board that takes 66MHz DIMMS. I'm running 256Mb of Crucial PC133 in it, and it works great.
