Looks like the latest feature drop has given the P6 the ability to do the circle to search feature. Pretty nice that Google is still giving the latest stuff to the older phones.

You have any problems with reception? The 6 and 7 were notorious for their crappy modem and poor reception. I have to be on wifi at my house and several other places where other people seem to have at least decent signal strength.

All the deals and coupons have expired and even doing an upgrade through T-mo it would now cost me 500ish. So, not doing anything until the 9 comes out unless there is another really good deal. My only complaint with the 6 is the weak reception where I live- but that may be towers since a friend...

I almost bought a P8 to replace my P6 but decided to wait for the S24. Almost bought the S24 but didn't because the P6 really does everything pretty well and google is still rolling out updates that improve the phone. I think we are in the era of mature technology and its going to be pretty hard...

I saw that... but the assumption is that the camera quality is the same as the S23 with no improvement. I'd be surprised if they haven't at least incrementally improved the camera. I'll probably get it and see. If I don't like it, I'll give it to my sister who always loved her s20 and 21 phones.

I almost pulled the trigger on a P8 when google had all the promos going on. It would have been 200+tax. I didn't do it since my P6 really works fine but doesn't have the greatest cell reception. But now trade in on the P6 is down to 106.00 at google so that has me thinking I should have. But...

Trying to make one good carb from three 55 yr old Honda Z50A carbs. There are no replacement carbs for these that look original and the bike is very original so failure is not an option but I'm not all that optimistic either.

Google sent me another 100.00 coupon code so I can get the 8 for 200.00 trading in the 6. I'm actually fine with the 6 but I will probably do it since next year the trade value will be next to nothing. Maybe switch from T-mo to Mint's 15/mo plan since I use virtually no data due to being on wifi...

My 6 just got updated... wonder what, if anything the camera update did. I'll poke around. edit- bunch of new options incl raw, palm timer, rich color, etc. nice.
