I have filed a claim through PayPal and I asked for a substantial refund. I want to return it, but at this time it is impossible. I don't have a second computer and I have important deadlines for the next 5 months. Thank you for your advice though
@aigomorla @UsandThem @daveybrat I asked Gigabyte about this and they replied and told me that this is definitely not a brand-new board.
Judging from the horrendous reviews of Computer Universe (where I bought the board from) this must be a RMA board like aigomorla suggested.
