    Internal HDD for Backup?

I probably bought the same one you did. I'm just worried because of this review I read: I guess I can adjust the head park, but apparently that voids the warranty. Yeah, otherwise I get the gist that there is no real way to know how long a hard drive will last.

    Internal HDD for Backup?

I need an internal drive for periodic backup. I just bought these two in a rush: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136874 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-396-_-Product The Toshiba looks like it would be great for daily use. I would use a hotswap bay for the Green...

    HX750 Regrets

Thank you for the help. Just ordered the Seasonic. I usuallly order Antec, but on a budget. This may be untrue, but reading the Newegg comments it seems some people mention that the Seasonic can actually give more power 100-200 watts more at load?

    HX750 Regrets

Hi everyone, I recently ordered an HX750 from Newegg. It hasn't arrived yet but now I am reading a lot of reviews about a fan controller problem, that it goes max fan speed in 5-10 minute bursts with chirping sounds. I am now not sure what to do. Newegg has a Seasonic X650 on sale today...

    3770k OC motherboard.

I managed to find a Gigabyte-UP5TH instead for $140. Worth it? :sneaky:

    SSD+HDD in 5.25"?

Hi guys, I have an SSD but not an HDD yet, but I don't want to use any of my 3.25" bay drives for them. I want some kind of peripheral that can "attach" and fit both the SSD and the HDD into one 5.25" slot. Is there such a peripheral? And if so, will it be able to cool and hold my HDD...

    3770k OC motherboard.

Hi everyone, I've recently acquired a new 3770k for less than Microcenter 3570k price. Now I realize that Microcenter wasn't that bad because they had $40 off the motherboard. I am trying to find a motherboard for best OC'ing possible with the smallest budget possible, I don't want to spend more...

    Which Ram and why?

Not on sale anywhere. Already bought the Mushkin. My budget for Ram was to get 16 gb in 2 dimms for no more than $110.

    Which Ram and why?

Dude awesome! Made me Mushkin. Would rep you if I could!

    Which Ram and why?

I think your right about triple channel being only x58. I think there is quad channel though, but I am not buying four of these for $200 X_X. But yeah having a hard time between these two, have to make a decision in 2-3 hours. The Mushkin has a higher clock at 1866 @ 1.5 volts and more...

    Which Ram and why?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820226382 or one/two/three of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...ial-_-20148655 Will the latter even be able to do triple channel? I'm not sure about Haswell or Ivy Bridge yet.

Desktop upgrade to 3770k or 4770k?

Niice! What's the reliability of MC's open board box stuff. I mean wouldn't someone return a board if there was something wrong with it (bent pins)?

    Fractal XL2 Cooling

Gotcha! That makes sense, I may as well use the Noctua as an extra front intake fan. I'm also afraid of dust buildup so I'm thinking of using pull for the radiator fans. I want to show the setup using a pic of my case's interior and the arrow icons, but how do I do that?

    Fractal XL2 Cooling

Hi guys, I am a lost puppy when it comes to cooling a new rig. I ordered a Fractal Design Refine XL 2 a few months ago and just placed an order for a Corsair H110 and Noctua NF A15 PWM all because they were all on sale. I am not sure whether I will be getting Ivy Bridge or Haswell, so these...
