What hes saying is that the "cell" is the value you are ranking against the "range". So if you want to rank all of the 8th ("H") column it would be:
=RANK(H1,$H$1:$H$20)
(Cell,Range)
Put that formula into an open cell ("I1" perhaps), drag...
I believe about 10 sheets of paper come with the printer...so you would definitly want to pick up one of the packs when you buy the printer.

Actually all the new Epsons are individual ink tanks now, so the only ones that will really get you on your ink costs are the HP and Lexmarks with their multiple tri-color cartridges...

What you can also try is disabling your AGP fast write in the bios, as well as putting you AGP speed down to 4X, not 8X or AUTO. Neither of those changes should affect actual performance, but they did help get another ATI card I was having the same issue with to work with Everquest 1/2 to run...
