you're right. i am using win 98 with the usb keyboard. win 98 already has usb enabled. I will check to see if dos is enabled in the bios. but what will that do? And is the only way to do this is to go back to ps2? Thanks for your help

basicly it just starts cycling through all the buttons and clicking the buttons doesn't work because the buttons are cycling too fast (that's the reason i came up with). i do download things that have the potential for virus but it all goes through avg and i do use dsl.
