I have read on alot of forum's of gamers flashing their bios on the X1800XT to PE speed's of 700mhz+ and that it is rock stable at those ? Please walk me through it :)

Not in game like WoW, where SLI is useless, to run WoW at a nice resolution of 2560x1600 full details, you need the best/fastest single video card, and a high end processor

Well it boils down to this, keep the X1800XT with my Athlon64-3500+, or return the ATI, and go back to my eVga 7800GTX and get a AthlonFX-55. For games like WoW and BattleField2 which is the better system ? Sorry about three posts in a row.

I am no fanboy, I buy both nVidia + ATI, for the past few years, just what ever is the best bang for the buck. I could care less which company produces the video card, I mean like every year or so the card's are almost brand new architecture, so if you had problems once with one brand the next...

Ok, I just went to Fry's last night and bought the Apple 30" Display :) I tried out a few games, like WoW, and at the default 2560x1600 it was not smooth, had to play 1920x1200 game looked like a dream machine. Then played HalfLife2 at the 2560x1600 and to my surprise it played pretty smooth...

I will try this out, deleting the BattleField2 folder in the Documents section ? Other games looks nice WoW is unplayable 2560x1600res, I had to set it to 1920x1200, but all details/setings maxxed looks :) Tried HalfLife2 2560x1600 and it runs smooth and looks jizz worthy

I can e-mail pic's ? But back to BattleField2, I am confused on what to do ? I click on the game icon, and it seem's like it will start, then 2seconds later drop's back to the desktop

I still have the games set to their last setting, BattleFIeld2 was 1600x1200, so this monitor should scale back to that ? Just wondering why this is happening, where CounterStrike:SOurce worked no problem ? Do I have to set the video settings for my 7800GTX differently ? Thanks

I am a newb :) Had it plug into the wrong port, the second one is the dual link DVI, working fine now, just played some CS:S at 2560x1600 = jizz. But now some other games will not even load up ? Tried BattleField2 + Doom3, and after clicking on the game icon to start them, it drop's back to...

I just bought the Apple 30" LCD at Fry's, and it will not seem to work at it's default res of 2560x1600, it just sticks too 1280x800 ? I have a eVga 7800GTX with dual link DVI, and I have read alot of users reviews of saying it work on a PC with a 7800GTX at that res ? Thank's
