I would recommend the Verax power-supply. It has this german Verax fan inside and this is quiter than Papst-fan or other solutions. It´s based on a FSP (Sparkle) PSU and modified with this Verax fan.

Hi, normally a 12volt fan is installed in a PSU. Most of the PSU use a 80mm fan. If you like to silence your PSU you can exchange it i.e. with a Verax fan (it´s a very, very good german product). For 300w PSUs it´s absolutely enough and it´s really quiet. I had a Papst fan and I have changed it...

Maybe the Verax P16, which I recommended in another thread might be a good solution for you. This cooler has a different fan which has less turbulances and therefor less noise. Look at www.pcsilent.com for more informations.
