Nevermind, I found an answer here: (I'm posting this in case anyone has the same problem and finds this post). I ripped the yellow wire out of the plug and shoved it in the other connector, and it works fine.

I'm considering purchasing two Vantec Ultimate Hard Drive Coolers to make my RAID drives cool (I'll be running it 24/7). The reviews say that this cooler has a spring retention mechanism to keep the aluminum heat sink in contact with the drive... but wouldn't this cover the "DO NOT BLOCK...
