Ok, it seems the fan is no longer running on the GPU. It does when the computer is booting up, but once Windows is loaded and going, the fan stops. Obviously, that means the card will overheat majorly, but I have no clue why it's stopping (it never did before). I thought maybe eVGA drivers...

Ok, new development. When the computer starts up, everything starts normally. However, once Windows is situated and ready to go, the fan on the GPU stops. It spins when the computer is loading, but once Windows is up it stops. That makes a lot of sense, actually, but what's making it do...
