I had a similar problem with my WinTV Theater. To solve it, I simply downloaded Hauppage's uninstall program, took the previous installation off, and reinstalled the latest drivers. It still looks bad in 32 bit color, but at 16 bit in fullscreen it works perfectly. BTW, i'm running it on SP1...
