typed in msconfig, BOOT.INI is no longer there. Typed in Bootcfg and a window pops up for a milisecond and then disapears. I want to uncheck the NOGUIBOOT. Thanks

Well it did have something to do with the jumper. Apparently when CMOS was cleared 3 or 4 months ago i(actually my friend) didnt put the jumper back on the right pins. The jumper was on pin 1 when it should have been on pin 1&2. Anyways i cleared CMOS again turned comp off and on 5 times and...
