Reinstall windows, it won't delete anything you have already and should fix up any problems you have. 99% of the time this does the trick.

Yeah, major problems always occur when you reaplace a 3dfx card. Do a search for 3dfx and voodoo and then delet all the dll and vxd files you come across. Next celar anything with the same name from your registry. Then resintall your current video drivers and THEN (phew) if you play anything...
