This site is advertised on Download.com site itself. Why would a legit & reputed site like Download.com let this kind of site put their Ad on the front page when Download.com itself is trying to sell the same kind software themselves?

Do they provide the serial number or key etc. to make the software work or do you have to use the ones that you got when you purchased the original copy?

I guess it is a stupid question but do need the answer. Why would anyone want to pay for a back up that I can do on my own & much easier than trying to download it from a site wasting time & bandwidth? Would really appreciate the clarification. Thanks
