when installing from dos you DO NOT want to run setup. that is the windows based setup. you want to go into the i386 directory and type winnt. That will install the OS.
This morning i ran windows update and saw this in the drivers section. "Radeon 7200/radeon Ddr Windows software from Ati Technologies Inc." My driver revision did not change after i installed it. Anyone have any idea what it is. Thanks.
Hope this helps. cat5 and cat5e are the same in terms of throughput. the only difference of "e" is that it is rated for ceiling installation. It has fireproofing. Cat6 allows for 1gb/sec.
Pardon me if i'm wrong but if you do a 0+1 you will lose 100gigs because the 60 gig hard drives will run as 10gigs. Unless you are trying to create 2 seperate arrays. The difference in drives are marginal so you wont see many problems.
Does that new athlon get better performance gains with DDR than the old T-Bird. I need justification to upgrade but a 10% increase doesn't seem like justification enough to me.
