i had this problem last week. i ran a system restore like a day before i had the problem it helped.....i couldnt figure out any other way once u delete a user i think it is gone....well i couldnt figure out a way to recall it....

When I boot into XP there are 4 user accounts. The computer has 768 megs of ram, it runs fine. It seems to take a little longer to boot up to the user accounts window. almost a minute.....anyone know any way this process could be sped up a little ?? Thanks.....

what values do i have to set to "0" so the pc will just boot and not prompt for a password ?? Thanks

im not too familiar w/ that.....i just need to turn it off and i cant....i dont know the exact way and i googled it and either they have the missing reg key or im missing the way windows took me....but i checked over it a few times

when i try to disable my windows genuine advantage validation tool it tells me , this add on is managed by your admin. I am the admin on the pc i dont understand?

Can get to websites but win update wont load... can goto like www.mozilla.com and download mozilla cause the page never finishing loading and it says its done. also had a problem installing xp sp2 update on laptop had to do it 3 times. laptop is a gateway. Cant goto gateways site and...
