Yeah, space is a problem...The heatsink is rather large.

I need a socket-A mATX motherboard with SATA, a good amount of space around the cpu, passively cooled chipset, supports multiplier adjustment etc. There was a great AOpen board that fit the bill (AOPEN vKM400Am-S), but I can't find it anywhere anymore. The next best board I can find is the MSI...
