I am wondering if this loophole in the MSN $400 free deal is legit..if you are under 18 and you sign up for this agreement at a bestbuy store..sinse they dont check ID half of the time..if you are under 18..and sign the contract..they cant legally hold you to it can they?I always understood it...

Actually..best buy in my area still has them for $129 before rebate...thats what the tag said..and had like 2 in stock yesterday when I was there..

Best buy people are pretty stupid..i took back a pair of speakers there because they didnt work..and they couldnt get a barcode read..so the dumb CS person scanned a $500 digital camera and gave me the $500 credit..for a $100 pair of speakers..and you say they arent that stupid..

Time to do a little bit of creative editing in dreamweaver to make that maxtor price say $199 out the door, so i can pricematch at bestbuy...that actually works quite well..gotta take the printout to the cashier rather than the comp department.
