2005FPW is a great monitor IF u get lucky and get one with minimal or no backlight bleeding. Mine had tons... I prefer the viewsonic VP912B over the Dell 2005FPW... less to no backlight bleeding, less ghosting and streeking, better viewing angles. Dell 2005FPW did produce tad more vibrant...

so is this monitor or the VP912B better for gaming. Sure the VP912B has better response time but the VP191 is a true 8bit and ahs a higher contrast? :)

if u buy from dell (atleast from my experience) they will send u a new monitor and pick yours up at same time. Takes about a day (awesome support as long as u talk to someone u can understand

Response time on the 2001 same as the 2005? About to order the 2005 but people keep saying the 2001 is better.... Dont know what to do :(

the one thing im worried about with the 2005FPW is the native resolution. Will games support it like World of warcraft etc?

what kind of blacklight issues?? I heard the dell really has more like a 16MS response time from black to white. 12MS grey to grey or something? This true? What does the viewsonic have?
