I cleaned out the dust and stuff; I'm pretty sure the heatsink contact to the CPU is good because the heatsink gets pretty hot fast. I think it's because the fan that is suppose to blow air onto the heatsink is pretty weak, and on top of that there is a huge 12cm by 12cm fan that sits directly...

The idle temp for my 2.2 P4 is around 55 degrees celsius. It's running at stock speeds. Sometimes under heavy loads, the computer shuts down. My comp is a Sony Vaio. Anyone have any ideas what could be the problem?
