Actually I believe the opposite is true ... products at Onvia are retail unless it is indicated. I have purchased the Plextor 12X10X32X drive, ELSA Gladiac Geforce 2 video card, Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer, and a Hitachi monitor and all of them have been in the retail box. So...
I just submitted (7/6 at 10:30 a.m.) a reimbursement request for a product I ordered from Onvia on June 27. It is showing up in my account as having been received so I hope it goes all the way through! I located Onvia in the pull down menu ... so it is still listed there.
