there is actually a mobo with pci-e using it now, its a Asrock p4 Dual pt 880 buts its some form of 4x PCI-express and there no oc'ing options

Nooo, not asrock, they usually dont have ANY overclocking options! Buy a better mobo, its the core of your system!
