will the mini copper orb fit on the mb chipset ?

yesterday i received my 1.33ghz AYHJA "9" and my epox8k7a.. ive also got crucial pc2100 256megs... whats the best route to overclock this thing.. i tried 10x140 and amazingly its not stable.. what voltages should i put my jumpers at, and should i oc the multiplier or fsb.. thanks

just a quick question.. since my fan (mini copper orb) is coming with a thermal pad ont he bottom of it.. sould i still put some thermal paste on the cpu? thanks
