Well here's an update... It ended up that paypal issued me a one time credit of $1600 in my account... Not sure why they did but after filing information with them again and again they gave me the money back into my account. I was very happy... no idea if they pursued the guy themselves or what...

Pathetic... hopefully they get prosecuted and have to pay for all the damages (which would end up being a lot... in that video alone how much milk and other products do they end up destroying?)

Straight talk uses all of the carriers, not just AT&T. Straight Talk is phone specific in regards to what provider you'll be with. If you're using the bring your own phone program, you'll either get an AT&T or T-Mobile sim. The new iPhones that Straight Talk is selling are for Verizon...

Settings, general, reset, erase entire iPod and settings Or hook it up to a computer and restore it... either way it wipes out everything on the iPod. If it's got a passcode on it, just put it into recovery mode and restore it... wipes everything off of it.

I know the car chargers are touchy but I've been using the colored chargers personally for a few years. Not saying they couldn't, I just haven't noticed anything about them overheating or anything.
