We're gettting closer. Now it finds the driver file. But when i tell it to load, windows reports back an unexpected error then gives the CD's path, ending in oemsetup.c or something. wtf?
I changed the .inf files name to what you said. was i supposed to change the .vxd instead?

do not use a win2k boot disk. take a generic 98 boot disk. put aflash.exe and the bios file on a SEPERATE disk. boot to dos(i wouldnt boot to dos w/ cdrom support, takes too long) take out the boot disk, put in the one with aflash and do your thing.
i suppose you could just run aflash off...
