So when I set up the drives create a small partition for the OS, and the rest for data, so I will have 2 virtual drives on the 1st physical drive, and the 2nd physical drive just create 1 partition for the games on it? How much room should should I leave for the OS partition?

no it's not the problem :( the cpu fan goes right into the mobo, i will try to disable the fan check in the bios but it usually shuts down about 2 or 3 seconds after i get into the bios

Yes it is an alternating alar. But it's hot even hot, I put my finger right on the base of the heatsink and it is cold to my touch.
