    I just realized that the newest post in this topic is like 8 years old! anyway, I have a Microsoft technet cd that will allow me to run tcpip on windows 3.1. It's really great on Windows 3.11 because you can run 32 bit with full networking capabilities and Banyon, Novel and other wierd stuff.
