Hackintosh 10.5.5 Retail Rig - Starting at $305

Anybody have a recommendation for a cheap HTPC 10.6 mobo? I'm looking to build two that that matchup favorably with this: http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/...52921666273500

Totally missed this somehow. Anything that will match up well on my ASUS P5N7A-VM/Q8400/Built-in nVidia 9300/8GB rig and play some recent-ish games for mac.

Any chance someone has a mirror of Kaido leopard soup wiki pages? I'm thinking of upgrading my video card on my ASUS P5N7A-VM hack.

Any chance you'd come up w/a kit for the ASUS P5N7A-VM? Cheaper than the UD3P and comes w/an on-board GeForce 9300 supported by MBP restore discs or vanilla 10.5.6 discs.

By "everything included with it" you mean, Q6600, 8GB, 750TX, 150GB Raptor, two 1TB drives, and a 8800GT???

20 seconds @ ~36.5MB/sec. Kind slow. I've done 150MB/s before on Linux ISOs which is quite nice. DVD distros in ~30 seconds. :D Took 10 minutes to transfer from my MBP to my 8GB Cruzer USB Flash.

NewEgg is advertising this HD 3850 at $40 w/savings code EMCLSLW22. Compatible?

I guess I'll go that way. The $200 you save in RAM ends up going to the mobo so cost wise it's a wash. However, performance wise, it's a big win, especially when 24GB comes down in price. BTW, I see a few Core i7 wish lists on NewEgg.

Is the new tutorial gonna showcase a board that supports 16GB?
