They aren't listed on Nvidia's website nor on Asus'. Does anyone know when they will supposedly launch? I need a new laptop for work ASAP and I narrowed this down as the ideal one.

eerp. I think i found the solution: change the value of "PerfLevelSRC" in regedit from 3333 to 3322. this disables powermizer when on AC power. the 2222 value disabled powermizer completely (including on battery mode). I haven't tested this out yet...but it seems to be my solution.

aaand, i seem to have found the solution. I had to go into the NVIDIA control panel and enable dual view. then, without touching anything, the correct resolutions for both monitor and hdtv were automatically set to the correct native resolutions as soon as i hit "apply" for dual view. glad it...

I upgraded from Vista x64 to Win 7 x64 on my laptop and there's no looking back. I was so impressed how everything transferred perfectly from vista to windows. Hopefully i wont be eating my words in a few months. :-s

When I connected to a 1080p HDTV via HDMI, Win7 doesn't give me the option of 1920x1200...only 1920 x 1080. Also, when i go into the adapter properties and go to "list all modes", the correct display resolution (19x12) isn't there. So now i'm running a 16x9 resolution on a 16x10 monitor. :(...

i love windows 7 on my laptop. i used to use vista....didn't really find it that great compared to xp. everything seems faster in win7 and everything seems to work just fine out of the box.
