Is there a way to unhide a partition in win2000? I looked through disk management and found everything but that. it shows the partition, but it is still hidden, and I am having problems dual booting with it hidden. I'm new at win2000 so I apologise if I overlooked it.

I know I've seen this before but I couldn't find it again on the site. I'm having trouble with some games most I can figure out so far is it has something to do with the sound and video conflicting. I am running win2000 sp2 my sound, video, and modem are all on irq11. is it okay to have them...

If you're familiar with Windows98 or ME you do it the same way. If not open explorer, click on tools, then folder options. Click on View tab, then uncheck hide extensions for known file types. Maybe that will help.
