I have clocked mine to 3.3 but was wondering just how high they can go.

Here are my voltages: +3.3 = 3.31 +5 = 5.12 +12 = 12.40 -12 = 4.08 -5 = 0 My questions are: why is my -12v & -5v reading 4.08 & 0 ? Is the +5v too high? What are these minus voltages for? Is my PC at risk? My psu in the Antec 550 Watt TrueControl. Thanks for your help.
