Just a clarification before i join. When they say 500 mintes in 14.99 plan, is it including incoming as well as outgoing (like mobile) or outgoing only. Moreover do they charge anything extra for letting you make international calls.

My Nero purchased thru the deal still works after upgradation to latest version. So your experience may be an outlier unfortunate one. For me it has been a good deal
